What is your Shipping Policy?
We ship to the address the BUYER provides when placing the order.
In the event that an item is returned to us and we need to resend to a different or adjusted address, it will be the responsibility of the Buyer to pay an additional shipping charge.
If the error was made by our shop then we will pay for an additional postage.
We are not responsible for mistakes in address, name spelling, postal code, etc for items shipped using the information provided by the Buyer at checkout
What is your Return Policy?
We will be happy to offer refunds or exchanges (on current in stock items) if the items meet the following conditions:
They must be returned in their ORIGINAL condition. Original condition is unworn, unsoiled, and unwashed.
Also, the item must be shipped back to us within 7 days of delivery as noted by the tracking number issued.
After this time refunds OR exchanges will NOT be granted. If an item has been discontinued then no refunds or exchanges will be made.
Buyer assumes responsibility for ALL postage required to complete exchanges or refunds. In the event of a refund, postage is never able to be refunded.
